How do I claim my Welcome Bonus?
To claim your Welcome Bonus, register on our platform, open your first account, and make a deposit of at least $25. Your bonus will be automatically credited to your account after your first deposit.
Can I choose both the 100% and 50% bonus?
No, the Welcome Bonus is available only for your first deposit. You can choose either the 100% or 50% bonus, but not both. Once you select one, the other will no longer be available.
When will the bonus be credited to my account?
Your bonus will be credited immediately after you make your first deposit. You’ll see the doubled amount in your trading account right away.
Are there any restrictions on withdrawing my bonus?
You can withdraw your initial deposit anytime, but the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn. To withdraw profits earned with the bonus, you must meet the required trading volume — 5 lots for the 100% bonus and 10 lots for the 50% bonus. For example, with a $50 deposit and bonus, you'll need to trade the specified lots to withdraw any profits.
What happens if I don't use the bonus within the time limit?
The bonus is credited to your account without a time limit. However, if there is no trading activity on the account within 30 days after activation, the bonus amount may be deducted.
